Notice of cancellation must reach the Janardan Farms and Resorts Office ( Email: marketing@janardanresort.in ) and duly acknowledged by the same office 24 hours (1 day) ahead of arrival date.
If the guest failed to show-up on the arrival date (No Show) or cancellation of room reservation is done after the 24 hours threshold (1 day prior to the arrival date), the entire booking charges will be imposed.
All memberships are non refundable in nature.
OTA and Agent Policy
Bookings done through external agencies such as Make My Trip, Goibibo, Agoda, Yatra, etc and through travel agents are dependent on the cancellation policies of these companies or agencies. Janardan Farms and Resorts LLP is not liable for refund or any claims made by their customers.
Special Season Rates
Bookings done on special rates during season time will not be liable for refund. The refund (if any) can be converted to a credit note for 2 years.
COVID-19
Due to Covid-19 and more than normal cancellations, instant refunds will not be possible, refunds can be converted to credit notes that can be redeemed later on upto a five year period.

Shorten Stay Policy
If guest shortens his stay, the Hotel Management will refund the charges propotianately.
Check-In / Check-Out Time
Checkin time is 12PM
Checkout time is 10AM
This timings over-rules all the other checkin checkout timing by other portals and OTAs.
Damages
The guest shall be responsible for the replacement / reinstatement of any items damaged through misuse or other act of abuse. This shall apply whether the damage was deliberate or accidental.
Legal Jurisdiction
Any legal dispute arising in any form will be covered under Lucknow Jurisdiction only.
